Refund policy

Returns/ Exchanges

• All orders are solely made by me, Adrianna. This means after an item is shipped, there are no returns.  Returns will only be made in special circumstances that are discussed by the buyer and I. 
• If an item does not fit, exchanges are available.  The item must be shipped back to me within 7 days.  Please reach out to me through email!

Refunds

• If a refund is accepted, the item must be returned in 7 days & in the same condition it arrived in(tags, freebie, fragrance free, etc). If you fail to return the item in 7 days then the refund/exchange will no longer be eligible. Once the item is received & inspected on my end, the refund will be made. Please keep in mind that it may take a few days for the money to go back into your account. 
• Due to the increase in packages being sent back to me due to incorrect addresses, customs not being paid, etc. orders will now automatically be refunded SOLELY for the product.  Shipping costs will NOT be refunded unless it was a mistake on my end.
