Processing Time
- All clothing is made solely by me, Adrianna. Clothing can take up to 10 weeks to be made.
- If for some reason the processing time exceeds 10 weeks, please contact me at info@missadrisa.com
Estimated Shipping time
- US Orders: 3-10 days (after shipped)
- International Orders: 1-6 weeks (after shipped)
- Once an order is marked as "delivered" by the courier, it is considered delivered for the purposes of refunds and cancellations.
Shipping FAQ
- Once an item is shipped, it is out of my control. Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
- If you need to make a change, I will try my best to accommodate you. However sometimes processing begins immediately and there may be times where the shipping label cannot be changed. Contact USPS with your tracking number to have your package rerouted.
- If you entered the wrong address, forgot the apartment number, or had the package stolen, that is on the buyer. Refunds cannot be provided in these situations.
- Customers are responsible for any customs or import tax. Delays due to customs is not on us.
